We are dedicated to providing highly competitive training for lacrosse players in Buffalo, NY. Myz Lax 716 is an over 20 year journey for Coach Myz, his wife and his three children. Coach Myz wanted a place to gather the best and the hungriest players on the same field to grow better together. Coach Myz takes pride in the meticulous attention to detail that he brings to his training programs, ensuring that his athletes receive the best possible instruction and guidance.
Boys and girls are served by MYZLAX716. We work with girls in the fourth grade through college. We work with boys from 4th grade through 9th grade. We provide group clinics all year long. We offer 5–11 week programs during our Fall and Winter Sessions. Due to the fact that our athletes are directly collaborating with their club lacrosse teams and high school teams during those months, our summer and spring programs are normally pay per session. We are available to athletes who would need an additional, more intense practice.

Our Team
Tim Myslinski, widely known as Coach Myz, is the founder of Myz Lax 716, the premier lacrosse training in Buffalo, NY. Despite never having played lacrosse, Coach Myz was introduced to the game over 25 years ago. Coach comes from a lineage of Coaches. Coach Myz’s dad was a legendary Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field Coach in Central New York, along with his brother Tom who is a strength and conditioning coach for the NFL, and his nephew Thomas is a strength and conditioning coach for the New York Jets.
Coach Myz was born and raised in the world of Football Coaching. He started coaching football at the College level at Springfield College in Massachusetts, After that he was a Defensive Coordinator at Utica College (where his defense still holds several school records), from there he moved to Buffalo at starting coaching football at Buffalo State College.
After 3 years with the Bengals he switched over to the High School level where he was the Defensive Coordinator and eventually the Head Coach for the Falcons. After his stint with Frontier he moved to the Clarence Varsity Football Staff where he has been an Assistant Coach for the past 6 years.
Coach Myz truly found his calling in the early 2000s, when he was blessed to become Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach Frontier Senior High School. Coach Myz has taken his Frontier & Clarence teams to multiple Section 6 Championship games and has been a part of 7 Section 6 Championship teams. Coach Myz has had the great opportunity to mentor numerous WNY All-Stars and several All-Americans. He has also been honered with WNY Coach of the Year. But, if you ask Coach Myz his biggest honor has been able to mentor young High School Lacrosse players into College Lacrosse Players. He truly believes that his main goal is to prepare young athletes to play at the next level.
In 2019, Coach Myz stepped down from his Head Lacrosse Coaching responsibilities at Frontier and became the Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Clarence Senior High School. One of the main reasons for leaving Frontier was to spend more time with his children. He had the awesome opportunity to coach his daughter Natalie for 3 years. Being a father & a coach was something that he cherished. He was able to coach his young daughter and she her grow up to be a dominant player in WNY and more importantly an amazing leader in the community. Natalie currently plays Division I Lacrosse for the University of Colorado Boulder.

Our Story
Coach Myz’s has three children that live and breath the game of lacrosse and wanted to provide a chance for them and others like them to play with and compete against the best lacrosse players in the area.
Since starting his clinic’s, Coach has worked with the Elite Lacrosse Players in WNY. His players stem from many different School Districts in WNY. His players also arise from various different Lacrosse Clubs…. Monster Elite, Empress, Aces, Relentless, and FCA. Even though the School District & the Clubs may vary it is the Passion and Skill of the players that make the Clinics successful.
